Integrative Medicine
Integrative Medicine is an approach to treatment that puts YOU at the center and addresses your emotional, physical, mental, social, and environmental influences that affect your health. The Ampersand Psych Clinic will employ the most appropriate empirically validated treatments based on your needs. A personalized strategy will be implemented that will take into account your unique presenting concerns and circumstances.
Your provider will work closely with specialists from other scientific disciplines (e.g., nutritional therapists, primary care physicians, psychiatrists, grief specialists, etc.) to form a multidisciplinary team that will collaboratively help you regain and maintain optimal health.
